ABOUT LETS

Local Employment and Training Solutions (LETS) is a partnership between the two well established not-for-profit organisations of CatholicCare Sydney and Centacare Wilcannia-Forbes. We are a local community provider committed to providing personalised, integrated training solutions and employment. The LETS partnership offers immense resources and experience . Through our partnership we cover a geographical area of over 50% of NSW stretching from Sydney to Broken Hill.

LETS is contracted by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to deliver quality employment services under Job Services Australia (JSA). LETS is committed to increase employment outcomes in the Sydney and Western NSW labour markets. LETS is a Quality Ceritifed Organisation. LETS works within the ISO 9001/2008 Certified Quality Management System ensuring our culture is attuned to delivering the best quality service.

LETS Staff

Our Employment Facilitators use their expertise and local knowledge to help each job seeker find their pathway into employment and assist employers meet their specific skill and labour shortage needs. To increase employment outcomes, LETS employs industry experienced qualified professionals including: Trainers Tradespeople Social Workers Psychologists
