Local Employment and Training Solutions (LETS) is a not-for-profit organisation offering free employment services from our “one-stop employment shop” to assist and ensure employers recruit and retain the right people with the right skills. 

LETS provides integrated solutions and works with employers to: 

• Develop a tailored plan to meet an organisation’s employment needs.
• Assist with a range of staffing and training solutions including (i) the individual recruitment of replacement staff and (ii) the recruitment of any number of staff for a new business.
• Provide the staff and skills to address the specialist training needs of organisations.
