LETS Train
Local Employment and Training Solutions (LETS) provides the right training courses to job seekers and tailored training solutions to employers via our wide network of training providers including our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), St Patrick’s Business College.
As a job seeker, establishing your strengths is the first step to meet your goal of finding the job that’s right for you. Your LETS Employment Facilitator will work with you to identify your potential by assessing your needs and developing your individualised plan that best promotes your skills and ability. We may also develop a tailored training solution with you to advance and improve or formalise your skill level.
Employers may rest assured that their new employee hired through LETS is job ready, willing and able for the task because our screening process identifies skill levels and subsequent training is provided. With a flexible approach to training, LETS can also satisfy your current employee training needs in a way that best suits your business.
The LETS Training and Information Team are experienced professionals building links with employers to ensure the skills needs of our local labour market are identified and industry specific training is made available.
